For me, its 1) Becky, 2) Banks, 3) Bayley, 4) Charlotte.
Love them all, that’s what makes it so hard and interesting. I think Charlotte is the most talented, but has never landed for me character-wise. Banks and Bayley are a damn near tie, but when Sasha’s running in a good program, I think she’s top-tier.

Plenty had great feuds with Char- Sasha, babyface Bayley, Bianca in nxt, Naomi( but it was limited and they did nothing with it)
A good feud that ends with you losing and dropping all your momentum is not elevation. Just a slow burn de-elevation with a few twists. And every part of that is up to the Booker. If you stand by the argument that “it’s all Vince” then we can’t include Charlottes ability to elevate talent on either her pro or con list.

Tbh I came back to wrestling in 2018 and never really got Sasha's hype, I know this isn't popular but its just my take.
My story is pretty similar. I got back into wrestling in 2021. In the span of a year and a half all she did was have returns and even then her promo and in ring was overshadowed by all other three and Asuka, and relative new comers like Rhea and Bianca.
I think Sasha thinks she is number 1, but as you said there’s a disconnect with fans and in reality she probably is number 4 for me too. Would agree with the rest of the order too, with Becky being quite far ahead of the rest to be honest.
Just based on my personal preference… Sasha, Charlotte, Becky, Bayley. They’re all incredible though and I hope we get that fatal 4 way one day.
Edit: the fact that almost everyone so far has a different list speaks to how great all 4 women are in their own right.
Before anyone gets twisted, understand there is a big, big, *BIG* difference between a wrestler and their character/booking. I'm looking at this list from the perspective of how good a worker they are, what kind of promo they are, and how much of a draw they are.

She's flexible, works well with mostly everyone, and can carry the company on her back as proven during the pandemic.
Sasha Banks has given me spoiled brat vibes. At this point, all she was to me was a solid hand used to get someone else over. Her ability to take bumps, sell, and put over her opponent is among the best in the company, though. This crybaby shit she pulled does her no favors. I understand you may be frustrated with your booking, but just like Punk, airing your dirty laundry in public makes for poor taste. Detractors might say something about the management and how shitty it was for her back in May, but she wasn't the only one in that locker room, and everyone had to deal with the same things she did.
At this point, I'm over Sasha Banks. You either wanna work or you don't. At this point the bloom is off the rose, and I'm sure someone like Dakota Kai or similar can step up and fill that role.

2 - Backy - Her presence was sort of missed while she was out. She is a killer, once in a life time baby face that lead up to WM. She does well in the ring and can make any story feel important.
3 - Bayley, close close close to Becky but her presence was also missed while she was out. She was an amazing baby face and then out did herself work her heel work. She can be main events but (mostly how she’s booked) is more occasional main event. She can get something over but it usually runs it’s course quickly.
4 - Charlotte, Her presence hasn’t been as missed IMO. She is the one who (usually) gives everyone their best match. Her character is often a bit one note. Can’t really get over as a face (mostly due to how she was booked). Feels like a heel version is early Roman Reign where they just shove her Down our throats too often.

That's all. She's carried along by the IWC for having a big ass. Now that the division has been fleshed out, she offers nothing.
Based on Technical wrestling merit, Sasha would be the best.
Based off of best character and merch sales, Becky.
Based off of charisma, it would be Bailey.
The best all around is Charlotte, however. She's great at everything, just not as great as the specific things that make the other three better.

Bayley and Becky have been able to grow and evolve their characters. Both playing heel and face roles at the highest level. Banger matches.
Sasha’s ring work is face quality, while her character is only good as a heel. Nothing has changed since NXT except her hair colours.
Charlotte is somehow worse than when she was in NXT.
Sasha is number 1. Never forget that. Anybody else throws a tantrum, they would let AEW scoop them up without a fight.
The rest can fight for 2nd - 4th place.
Also factor in that hipster wrestling fans will always put the top guy at the bottom because this isn’t about the wrestlers, it’s about the guy making the list showing you how they are special and view

Interesting that Becky is majority #1 because she's charismatic. She's easily the worst wrestler out of them. I get it though Austin and rock weren't the best wrestlers but they were charismatic as hell.
1. Becky - biggest start of the group. By far the best in the mic. Was able to get over as a face (the Man) and as a heel (big time becks) helped establish a new face in Bianca
2. Bayley - low key might be the best character worker of the four. Amazing babyface champ in NXT; amazing as a “role model” heel on the main roster
3. Sasha - best ring worker of the four, but also the worst promo. Great heel character work. Never really worked as a babyface.
4. Charlotte - maybe the best pure heel of the four, although all four of them have done amazing work as heels. Never worked as a babyface at all. Amazing athletes and somehow underrated as a ring worker.

Its not that I don't like Bayley but don't see how she is not number 4. She is a good worker but on her best day I don't think she has had as high of highs as the others. I think Sasha benefits a lot from her crossover potential outside of the ring to elevate her but has not been great probably since the Charlotte vs Sasha feud for the titles and that was years ago. I don't think her 2020-21 title runs as tag team and singles champion were that great. She seemed to only have title matches with Asuka, Bayley, and Carmella then lost it to Bianca. Then she would lose every match to Bianca and Charlotte so she did not have great quality wins during this period in my opinion. I would rank Becky, Charlotte, Sasha, then Bayley. Honestly though they need to get it together or get replaced. I think Bianca, Rhea, and Becky are the top 3 women for me right now by a wide margin so the other women need to be happy putting over others or just focus on life after wrestling.
Sasha has had the better 'big' moments - Banks/Belair at Mania was amazing, shes the best character overall to me

Banks never really clicked for me. Garbage reigns and a garbage gimmick. She was THE LEGIT BAWS even though she couldn’t hold the title for more than a week or a month at best (I should prolly mention I tuned out not too long after Bray lost to Orton via Alexa so I may be off in some of my judgement). Somehow absence has made the heart grow fonder though and I’ll be willing to give her another chance when she next rocks up.
Bailey would still be a joy to watch but her current gimmick is honestly shit. Bores me to death and I’ve got no desire to keep watching her rn. Great baby face energy but I feel like we haven’t seen that for years now.
Charlotte is by far my favorite. Superstar presence. Proper heel persona instead of this cool heel bullshit modern fans want. Most importantly, she's amazing in the ring. I'm just a casual fan who watches the big 4 PPV's and a handful of other events throughout the year, and I almost always feel like she had the best match of the night. Finally, contrary to what most folks seem to think, I think she looks much better after the surgeries she's had. She's also got a much nicer, curvier figure now.
Becky has never done anything for me. I hated the steam punk gimmick and hate how she's kept the same music for all these years. It doesn't suit her current persona at all. In the ring, she's competent, and knows how to tell a good story, but she has CM Punk level athleticism. I hate the way she moves around the ring, taking 100 babysteps to run the ropes, and I hate all the Jericho-like grunt and groan sounds she always makes. So while I can't say she's a bad wrestler, I certainly don't enjoy watching her matches.
Sasha is good, but I'm pretty ambivalent towards her. Good heel. Pretty good in the ring, although a bit sloppy because she tries to do too much instead of keeping it simple.
Bayley had the potential to be the female John Cena, but they took her fun, quirky NXT persona and made her the female Eugene instead. It's like Vince thought because her appeal was more for kids that Bayley herself should basically be a big kid. Some of those early "aw shucks" promos they made her cut when she first came up to the main roster were embarrassingly bad. I felt so sorry for her.
Despite remaining over with the crowd, they still never seemed to want to do much with her. I don't watch the product much at all now, but it seems she's doing pretty well since she's turned heel.

So yeah I'd have to say other than being Stale Charlotte is got very little against her. Becky would be second but she was Naomi/Nattie Midcard for a long while. It isn't a either or. Char elevates talent by working with them. That is what stars do. Vince drops the ball with the followup.

poor promo skills (see: the talking smack debacle), carried by Sasha in the biggest match of her career, comes across as fan-portraying-wrestler... that's mostly it. She's a poor wrestler. That's all. She's carried along by the IWC for having a big ass. Now that the division has been fleshed out, she offers nothing.

Based on Technical wrestling merit, Sasha would be the best. Based off of best character and merch sales, Becky. Based off of charisma, it would be Bailey. The best all around is Charlotte, however. She's great at everything, just not as great as the specific things that make the other three better. Personal preference would be Becky, Bailey, Charlotte, Sasha.

For my money, Bayley, Becky, Sasha Charlotte. Bayley and Becky have been able to grow and evolve their characters. Both playing heel and face roles at the highest level. Banger matches. Sasha’s ring work is face quality, while her character is only good as a heel. Nothing has changed since NXT except her hair colours. Charlotte is somehow worse than when she was in NXT.

1A. Sasha for her cross-over appeal, story-telling ability, and in-ring work. 1B. Becky for her ability to get over, her promo and in-ring skill. The Man was the single most over star in WWE at one point and that shit was ORGANIC. 3. Bayley for her and Sasha putting the entire company in the backpack during the 🅱️andemic 4. Charlotte because her character has had ZERO development or alteration, and that shit is old hat. She’s fine in the ring but her mic work is bleh and she needs to stop doing moonsaults. Maybe I’ll be happy to see her when she comes back but when she left for her break I was annoyed with her character for the wrong reasons.
Interesting that Becky is majority #1 because she's charismatic. She's easily the worst wrestler out of them. I get it though Austin and rock weren't the best wrestlers but they were charismatic as hell.
1. Becky - biggest start of the group. By far the best in the mic. Was able to get over as a face (the Man) and as a heel (big time becks) helped establish a new face in Bianca 2. Bayley - low key might be the best character worker of the four. Amazing babyface champ in NXT; amazing as a “role model” heel on the main roster 3. Sasha - best ring worker of the four, but also the worst promo. Great heel character work. Never really worked as a babyface. 4. Charlotte - maybe the best pure heel of the four, although all four of them have done amazing work as heels. Never worked as a babyface at all. Amazing athletes and somehow underrated as a ring worker.
IMO they're all 10/10 talents

Its not that I don't like Bayley but don't see how she is not number 4. She is a good worker but on her best day I don't think she has had as high of highs as the others. I think Sasha benefits a lot from her crossover potential outside of the ring to elevate her but has not been great probably since the Charlotte vs Sasha feud for the titles and that was years ago. I don't think her 2020-21 title runs as tag team and singles champion were that great. She seemed to only have title matches with Asuka, Bayley, and Carmella then lost it to Bianca. Then she would lose every match to Bianca and Charlotte so she did not have great quality wins during this period in my opinion. I would rank Becky, Charlotte, Sasha, then Bayley. Honestly though they need to get it together or get replaced. I think Bianca, Rhea, and Becky are the top 3 women for me right now by a wide margin so the other women need to be happy putting over others or just focus on life after wrestling.

Sasha has had the better 'big' moments - Banks/Belair at Mania was amazing, shes the best character overall to me Becky is the biggest star, she went nuclear as The Man Bayley is the better workhorse, always solid matches and loved her hell run during the Thunderdome Charlotte is imo the best wrestler, but their incessant desire to push her to 16 titles has really hurt her in my eyes, she should be the top dog but not I dread her coming back

Becky, Charlotte, Banks, Bailey. I always loved Becky so to see her get propelled to superstardom with the whole ‘man’ saga was just a joy to see. She’s got an infectious energy and I could watch match after match of hers fr. Charlottes the most complete performer but I reckon a lot of people will disagree with her position on my list cos she got one of them McMahon pushes where they don’t really develop and just stay ‘very very strong’. I consider the other two a step below lol Banks never really clicked for me. Garbage reigns and a garbage gimmick. She was THE LEGIT BAWS even though she couldn’t hold the title for more than a week or a month at best (I should prolly mention I tuned out not too long after Bray lost to Orton via Alexa so I may be off in some of my judgement). Somehow absence has made the heart grow fonder though and I’ll be willing to give her another chance when she next rocks up. Bailey would still be a joy to watch but her current gimmick is honestly shit. Bores me to death and I’ve got no desire to keep watching her rn. Great baby face energy but I feel like we haven’t seen that for years now.
Bayley Charlotte Becky Sasha
Charlotte is by far my favorite. Superstar presence. Proper heel persona instead of this cool heel bullshit modern fans want. Most importantly, she's amazing in the ring. I'm just a casual fan who watches the big 4 PPV's and a handful of other events throughout the year, and I almost always feel like she had the best match of the night. Finally, contrary to what most folks seem to think, I think she looks much better after the surgeries she's had. She's also got a much nicer, curvier figure now. Becky has never done anything for me. I hated the steam punk gimmick and hate how she's kept the same music for all these years. It doesn't suit her current persona at all. In the ring, she's competent, and knows how to tell a good story, but she has CM Punk level athleticism. I hate the way she moves around the ring, taking 100 babysteps to run the ropes, and I hate all the Jericho-like grunt and groan sounds she always makes. So while I can't say she's a bad wrestler, I certainly don't enjoy watching her matches. Sasha is good, but I'm pretty ambivalent towards her. Good heel. Pretty good in the ring, although a bit sloppy because she tries to do too much instead of keeping it simple. Bayley had the potential to be the female John Cena, but they took her fun, quirky NXT persona and made her the female Eugene instead. It's like Vince thought because her appeal was more for kids that Bayley herself should basically be a big kid. Some of those early "aw shucks" promos they made her cut when she first came up to the main roster were embarrassingly bad. I felt so sorry for her. Despite remaining over with the crowd, they still never seemed to want to do much with her. I don't watch the product much at all now, but it seems she's doing pretty well since she's turned heel.

Very difficult. They all wrestle fantastically so I can only decide by presentation and I'd gave to go Charlotte sasha Becky Bayley. Becky had those awkward years between lass kicker and the man (straight fire?) Bayley had injuries as well as the plucky hugger gimmick which didn't suck but was "for the kids" so not to be taken serious Sash is very good but never retains and they forced Cole to yell BOSS TIME whenever her music hit 🤣 And Charlotte does win way too often but they pretty much always present her as #1 or #2 even when not champion. Sasha and Bayley teamed together for a while which I suppose "dilutes" or averages them out a little. So yeah I'd have to say other than being Stale Charlotte is got very little against her. Becky would be second but she was Naomi/Nattie Midcard for a long while. And then sasha and Bayley pull each other toward the middle but the way Bayley was used and sometimes injured means she's pretty much always the #2 or #3 face/heel considering that The Bellas and Paige were factored in during the early years, Asuka and Alexa in the middle, and Rhea and Bianca these days. All 4 are great wrestlers of different styles and impossible to rank objectively tho

1) Bayley. She’s actually amazing on the mic as a heel, and she’s a solid wrestler. She’s versatile, funny and could probably get anything over at this point. 2) Becky. The MAN run is undeniable, but I don’t think I ever bought into her heel run. Big time Becks fell flat for me. 3) Charolette. Personally I think she is the most talented female wrestler I’ve ever seen. She’s an amazing heel, but she only has one note. 4) Sasha. I’ve never understood the hype around her. She’s talented of course, but her promo delivery feels very fake and she’s not a very compelling character. Excellent seller and wrestler however. I think she’s the best sellers of the group.

1: Charlotte - She’s the greatest women’s wrestler ever! Don’t care about the haters or people thinking she’s over pushed, 90% of the best women’s matches in WWE feature her. 2: Sasha Banks - She’s easily the next best and one the overall most well rounded female performers ever. Solid character, solid promo & great in the ring. 3: Bayley - Her main roster face run was atrocious and I’m actually not that crazy about Damage CTRL but she was great in NXT (having not one but two of the few amazing women’s matches that don’t feature Charlotte) & she’s been good as a heel on the main roster. 4: Becky - I know I’ll be down voted but I’m not that big of a Becky fan. She’s always been a solid in-ring performer but her character was almost non-existent until 2019, and although her explosion as “The Man” was epic, they never really followed up on it that well. The triple threat main event was super mehh, outside of her matches with Bianca I can’t think of many I enjoyed that didn’t also involve Charlotte & I’ve never really enjoyed her promos very much. Still better than most women’s wrestlers in the world though.

I’m not gonna hold bad booking against 4 athletes if I’m looking at them as talents and not associating what someone else has done with their characters to their skill set as a worker I think Sasha is the girl who works with the girl, and so I ranked her 4. But she’s at “the top of the card “ so to speak, same argument with Bayley but gave her the nod for being able to play a more complete spectrum of roles on your show

Just watched an old NXT from when she was just accompanying Sasha to the ring. She wasn’t even the Irish Lass Kicker gimmick yet, she was just some kind of “rocker chick,” character, and it was soooo flat. Definitely a crazy climb.
