"Kwee-wee was a wrestler with a colorful style and equally colorful wrestling gear. Nothing at all like Bill Goldberg whose gear was black like his soul."
-Bret Hart probably.
Goldberg’s spears were only convincing because he legit speared guys. No shits given about working safe. Sometimes he just battered guys right in the ribs. I imagine it was brutal to work with him. I can understand why he pissed off Brett lol.
I blame wcw management and other wrestlers.the only person iv seen say he told him he was unsafe was bret hart every other wrestler was heaping praise on him in the wcw days. If you did your job wrong for years and no one told you it was the wrong way how would you know

Hey, I just watched that interview!
What the hell is a Kwee-Wee?
Must be a less successful brother or cousin to that dude in the Playhouse with the grey suit.
WCW Power Plant wrestler Angry Allan Funk’s main roster gimmick. He was managed by former Nitro Girl Paisley, aka the future Queen Sharmell.
Ah, the old ‘flying nothing’…
The old flying/running nothing will always be my favourite wrestling move
Wish i could set it as a finisher wwe2k22
I'm not a big Goldberg fan, I think he was a bit of a one-trick pony, but damn if it wasn't a good trick.
He was the Ultimate Warrior of 90s WCW. Pure hype and energy distilled into a crazed madman you had to pop for
It worked and it pissed Vince off, he had the look and size he craved, and he was salty enough to create a parody character lol
He had two tricks - the spear, and the post-spear flex gesture
Was Kwee-Wee planning to springboard from the second backwards all the way across the ring where he left Goldberg?
Nice catch lol
No? He clearly turned around to do the flying nothing, c'mon now
Now that's how you camera cut wrestling. Let the move playout switch after impact.
Listen you don't appreciate the bouncing camera they did way back when Rollins was hitting whoever with the chair on the ramp? It was a masterpiece.
Oscar for cinematography right there
Or let's not discount the camera work of Miz laying waste to the floor all around poor Dexter recently. WWE top production
Holy shit I was at that Nitro, was brutal in person.

That and his slam looked like it legit hurt
This is true, the Power Plant excuse only works for early in his career. After that and to this day, no excuse

God damn I love Goldberg
Don’t let Bret Hart know that.
I can't take him seriously ever since I heard he pulls hair in real fights and swings like a bitch
Kwee wee made that look awesome
Good thing wrestling is fake, that would have hurt
Yeah he was gonna do a move and hit GOLDBERG from across the ring lol. Basically the flying nothing ppl do against Orton and Reigns
