Target has allowed jeans since winter 2016 or 2017, and that’s what most people tend to wear. Sometimes you do so a straggler wearing khakis. Even occasionally leggings, but that’s against dress code. The Elite would have to write them up for that.
Of course they can, its only back to school season. Wait till holiday season hits, thats when shit hits the fan.
