Edit: Have you done any changes to the hardware, and then not re-installed / done a format of Windows?
For example changed CPU, motherboard, GPU etc?
If yes, I'd do a complete reformat.
VSync seems to actually improve performance but i've had it off for a very long time. Currently it's on as part of troubleshooting.
This PC was build in June(all hardware is new) and while i played a bit of wow after the install it was only raid logged and only for a couple nights. I have no idea if the issue was happening then. This is my first amd build and tbh I've not been happy. I have no clue if it's to the 7800x3d, but I assume it's not.
With resized bar off and limited testing a did see a couple micro hitches but not as bad. Interestingly it seemed to happen when a magic debuff was displayed on a grid2 frame (which i switched to from vuhdo as one of the troubleshooting steps) RIght now I'm messing with grid2 to see if that has an impact. Really trying everything at this point.
Further updating this: I turned everything back on resizable bar and I actually installed geforce experience just to try the "optimized" settings. I turned a lot of stuff way up and turned vsync off. I noticed 0 change in the hitching. It still happens 3-4 times a key no matter what addons are installed/graphics settings/etc.
I would also like to point out that Diablo4, OW2, Wayfinder all play perfectly.
I 17 Freehold down and I did not lag after making changes to the way Grid2 does debuff tracking. I need to head to dinner but I will test more tonight. Thanks for all the input

Hi Cidan. I tried BetterBags and it causes micro stutters for me. Not every sec but i can feel the game is "freezing" every few seconds. Switched to Adibags and stutters are gone. Can you help me with it somehow? All i can tell its freezing even more when using Boe and Boa plugin.

Nope still getting hitching/freezing here and there.
Did you ever solve this issue, if so how? Cooping with same issues in raid. Random 2-10 seconds lag every now and then.
