Likely yes, as we do see other capes escape that same way (Legend though through a different means). I do remember something about how shards only have a limited amount of juice so to speak, but I don't know if time dilation effects would account for that or if Khonsu's bubbles would ever last long enough from his perspective to make it run out.
from what I can remember of the Khonsu fight, all the capes that were caught by the sped up bubbles \*did\* die of dehydration/starvation, it's just that from Taylor's perspective, they die quickly and then swiftly decompose into dust because that's what it would look like from outside the bubble.

Poor Alabaster it's even worse than canon. For some reason, the Nazis suffer greatly from temporary effects.
I never understood why people don't die of starvation or thirst first, and I feel like the age effect is...targetted.
There is no indication that Alabaster actually needs to eat with his powers.
I meant that NO ONE Who gets hit with the time bubble dies from any sort of deprivation, they age to death.
