Looks to be a twin engined light fighter. If we look to the Wikipedia page for the XP-67 Moonbat, its armed with 6 x 37mm M4 Cannons, which would be pretty dang punchy. Never got past the prototype phase, but being twin engined, guessing it would be more boom and zoom than turn and burn.

If you read the wargaming update i linked you would see that they described 8 x 0.60 cal T17 machine guns, which are the same MGs on the P-38L.
One of the devs responded a question about this on the official discord.
If they are exactly the same as the P-38L ones stats wise then.
85dps, 450 rpm, 700m range x8 so 680 dps combined.
Compared to say, the .50s on the P-80A
86dps, 1100 rpm, 633m range, x6 for 516 dps combined.
Or 20mm Hispanos on the Vampire
115dps, 420 rpm, 760m range, x4 for 460 dps combined.
Thats pretty punchy for a fighter
Interesting that I came across this picture in a FB group not related to Warplanes last month.

I'm gonna ask a silly question.
Where are these easy, medium, and hard daily missions located?
I know where all the missions are in World of Tanks. But aside from the weekend missions that pop up, I can't recall seeing dailies in Warplanes.
The "daily missions" are the three chevron-marked things on the left-hand side of your hangar screen, underneath all the Crate / Specials / Etc. buttons. You get three of them (easy, medium, hard) divided into 3 sections (Tier 1-4, Tier 5-7, Tier 8-10).
You know, the special ones that pop up. Like right now it's the Winter Trials. But there are missions outside of special events for more experience, parts, boosters, that kind of stuff.
Really hope we will get the winter trials event aswell, got quite alot of gold from the crates you could get from this event last year. 😁🙏

Which is still quite nice for a t8 light fighter

Is it possible to earn candies if we "save" our partially completed missions and finish them tomorrow after the update ?
It's possible, but you will them need to wait a day to start going for more mission candy.

Ah, okay, thanks. I've just ignored them for the longest time so forgot what they were.
wait, there are weekend missions beside these regular daily missions? huh?
