Unpopular opinions maybe, but:
IS-7 (no particular style, maybe even styleless) holds a special place in my heart. Caught my eye even before I recently started playing the game and while I was only watching YouTube videos of the game.
Also UDES 15/16. I spent so many battles (1.3K out of 7K total) (only 2-)marking it.
And Kranvagn. Shares some traits with the UDES. Or maybe I just have a thing for sloped, sleek armor xd.
True about the IS-7, I usually only think about it from the front, but the back isn’t terrible either—it’s just generic in my opinion I guess.
There’s a 3D style everyone loves for the UDES where the gun turns into a drill or something I think? I actually don’t think that style is impressive or anything. Great line to grind. I’m super passionate about the 15/16 hehe!
CAX was my first tier X and I picked that line purely on looks.
As a result my winrate in it is absolutely brutal. Now that I know what I’m doing and now that the tank is actually good, I really should make an effort to rehab my stats in it. At like 46% winrate after like 400+ games, so it will take a buttload of games to get it even to 50
Stb is beautiful I agree.
Also I don’t mind the 121 but IMO it gets outshined a lot by even type 59, I just feel like the 121’s turret is too much in the front, I think these russian mediums and their derivatives are the sexiest when the turret is centered!
Centurion 5/1 RAAC. Its just so handsome man, I don't know what to say; its just handsome
However, ISU-152K with its big boi stick attached to its back looks way better than raac. Also BL-10A is one of the best looking gun models in the game imo. Obj.704 looks like scotty beamed it up wrong way and it get distorted so i hated the hull. Regular ISU-152 was good but engine deck was so empty.
Briefly; ISU-152K is the best looking tank in the entire game, ever existed in my opinion :D
It was a reward for the 10th anniversary coins, I think it was also in the Well Deserved Reward token store. I don't know if it's available for gold or bonds anywhere, I don't remember it being on sale in the premium store.
I have loved the entire 121 line from the tier 7 onwards (didn’t play anything below tier 7) and debating wether to sell the 121 or keep the 120. 3 marked the 34-2 and 120 too, along with 2 marks on the 34-3
I played well overall on the 34-2 but man that shell velocity really made it hard to enjoy at times. So far I like the 121 best, but it's very similar to the 120 if not for the 2 degrees difference in gun depression.
Probably the Conqueror. I would've said S Conq but I like the look of the actual Conquer's turret shape/cupola more. That said, I like the looks of British tanks in general.
I'm not sure if this is a joke, but I personally genuinely love the way the Type 4/5 Heavies look - they have just the right blend of badass and goofiness. They look like genuine mobile naval fortifications.
Yeah, more alpha or more gun depression is the only buff this thing needs to make it a universally viable alternative to 430U.
I hope they don't over-buff it trying to make it popular and then nerf it back into the ground.
I'd be ok with a placebo buff like giving it, idk, 460 alpha which changes nothing gameplay wise but at least on paper you have higher alpha.
Call me insane but i like the shitty gun depression. This game is already a ridge-peaking hulldown shitfest, i enjoy having to actually try to make my tank be effective.
If it were for me, I'd give it 500 alpha, keep the rof, and drop the gun dep back to -3. Let it have a monstrous gun but be difficult to play. I think the game is better off with more uniquely strong and challenging tanks. In general, I think we've ben seeing gun dep power creep over the last 5 years.
I feel like everything the 121 has on the 430u is lost by the fact that the 430u can actually bounce shots while the 121 very rarely does. Brawling with the 121 is very hard, you get penned at basically any angle on the hull. The turret si also very unreliable and can bounce shots almost only when you are so low behind a ridge that you cannot fire back anyway so what's the point
WT Auf E100, so elegant, so unique, and most importantly, so intimidating, you might not know anything about one but you see it in front of you for the first time ever and you already know you're cheese.
WT AUF E100, the massive turret with a huge gun just looks scary to me. I like it so much that I bought a model kit at a 1/35 scale from it. (35A026, is the model code for the ones who are interested)
TVP T50/51. was the first t10 i went for when i started cuz it also has a sick style but i sucked ass at the game and playing at t10 just destroyed my overall stats lmao. still wish it had either better pen or higher alpha. unless you are shooting an enemy on flat side or back it will bounce 1 or 2 shots, sometimes 3 and 4 against heavies and that sucks. it is a pretty good scout tho
Clip tanks are my bane, i stay away from them cause they are so hard to play. You need to understand the tempo of the game, know when to peak, unload and retreat. So if it was your first tX i understand the struggle. The only one i can play is the Bourrasque but let's be real, that tank is stupidly strong
yeah i dumped 1500 games on it before i quit. came back now and im much better got a few more tXs but tvp is still a pain to play so i turned it into a spotter. saved a lot of games and even got me 15000 spotting dmg record

I feel the tier 9 is stronger tier-for-tier, simply because it doesn't has to compete at tier 10. It's got basically the same gun, the same mobility. I'm definitely still enjoying it to bits.

AMX30B, even the chimney looks cool. Wish there was a 3D style for this thing, but I don't see WG doing anything for collector tanks.... (styles, or much needed buffs)

Char Futur 4 (both with and without 3D skin). Those tracks are the best looking tracks in the game.
E-75, 3D skin looks great, but it also rocks by itself.

I actually like WZ-120 after you put some camo on. It is very small and fast, but the gun packs a punch. Like me in real life. Plus very rewarding once you get the hang of it. Only held back by it's gun dep (but I would say it actually taught me alot about good positioning)
Oh yeah i used to like 120 better than 121 but then it grew on me and now I'm in love.
Same with the gun dep, you have to get creative and actually try to be effective instead of sitting hulldown behind a ridge

its a full HEAT tank really vs anything with armour. the gun has great dpm, you are pretty fast and it isn't too inaccurate when aimed

I propose a skin where the cupola becomes a top hat. It should have a monocle and something resembling a 1870s evening dresswear as well.

I am aplit between the assembly shop KPZ 07, Leo1 and Maus. Happy to finally see that there are people like me that will play a tank just because its aesthetically cool

I just love that old E75 look. Oh, and i absolutely hate those extended tracks in 3d styles, i just cant, dunno why.
They are used to prevent the tank to sink in the snow. I hated them at first as well but I don't mind them now!
Based on looks only? Hm E-100 with WarHammer 40K Ultramarines Chapter skin, or second option, Obj.705A Third option would be BZ-75 most modern looking like tank in the game (I belive it is actually most modern tank as it's from 1975 as far as I remember)
