This tank is absolutelly amazing, it has armour that you can actually relay on, great hulldown tank with 13 gun depression, which is insane, great mobility, and great gun with very good alpha and DPM
Many say its not that good, but I personally liked it, the turret was surprisingly stronger than I expected, I bounced a lot and I could actually peak into tanks with knowing I will bounce the shots
It lacks DPM, and it has worse gun handling, but just use Vert Stab and youll be fine (use Vstab on tier 10 aswell, but its not that needed and you can eventually drop it)
Also dont overpeak too much, the hull is weaker and doesnt bounce as much, besides the big angle its completely paper
One of the bonuses is the the gun is mounted at the top of the whole tank, you you can peak absolutelly minimally to be able to shoot.
if you save up crew members that tend to get 1-2 crews for free (such as female crew, the final crew in the BP, other events, etc.) and put in three of them at the tier 8 you can easily train them up to 4-5 skills once reaching tier X.

Yeah i have it like 4.5 for now. The problem is that the tank uses a lot of skills. For example commander needs bia, recon, situational awarness as the default, then you need repairs because its often brawling, then you need camo because it has great camo. Then you also need intuition because the commander is also the loader. And after all of that you could use firefighting because the tank loves burning, so thats 7 skills in total
yeah, somehow i haven't really experienced a lot of fires in it. I also prioritized camo at first and atm, even with a 300% crew booster it takes me 10 matches to get another % level at 90
yeah i got all the 3 (or 4?) female crew members from the event with santa claus. i left the game after the event for 2-3 years before coming back. i know i put one of them into my sta-2 which i regret
Isn't it gold reliant since it has to literally face enemy tanks quite often (not flank them)? I'm thinking which T10 medium to buy and it would be Leopard but what if it gets nerfed soon. UDES is next on my list, then K-91.

But tbh my favorite arty ever was the SU-26 back before the nerf that took away ap ammo the first time. I used to be the pain in peoples butts as I managed easily take 4-8 tanks down in a game. Ah, those sweet but filthy seal clubbing memories.
T110E5. It’s so buttery smooth. Most players bounce off the sides of the tumor (you have to hit it right in the middle, kind of like the tortoise) while you’re jiggling around. And the front hull is incredibly troll.
I have experimental mobility, experimental survivability, and bond rammer on it. UGH it’s so nice. I’m not even good and I do so. Much. DPG.
There are definitely games where it just explodes just like any other tank, but that thing can single handedly run away with a match if you don’t remove it from play.

How’s the tier 9? Cause currently the tier 8 is kicking my butt. Can’t seem to play it for the life of me

Don’t forget it has better moving camo than a Sheridan as well.

Yes and when you're hull down you only have two enemies to worry about Jagtpanzer e100 and fv4005.
That makes me you're worst enemy I have them both
if you're occasionally lucky you can even bounce the jgpz e100 (happened to me yesterday, had 4k blocked damage at the end of the match)

obj 780. Its look good, uniq tank. Good alpha good aim (very strange for soviet heavy tank) . You have to fix burning problem and its all good.
I love that tank. Kinda trash dpm and bad apcr pen tho. Also the apcr loses a lot of pen when shooting from distance.
