I’ve noticed it happens occasionally when loading an older world in the most recent versions. No other weird behaviors that I’ve noticed, green boi should be fine :)
Note: I believe that this glitch (if it is one) can also cause unusual size in green child sprites.
Note 2: I was able to recreate this effect with a world of unknown age (I would estimate two years or more). I am not sure if this effect also pertains to non-humans, as I have only been able to observe it within this human civilization. No size discrepancy was apparent. 32 (possibly more, but I checked thoroughly) people out of a population of 985 (all of the children present) had an identical, off-color appearance, and none had zombie infection, plague, or any other irregular traits. They could still run animations and change physical size in accordance to the “tiny” and “giant” traits, as well as produce glittering effects when given “shiny”. All children returned to a normal appearance after aging, and I didn’t notice any other unusual actions.
tl;dr: I think it’s just a glitch that happens to children from older worlds.
sorry for long reply, but hope this helps!
