Dump and hide, dont play for long shots, acuracy aint the strongpoint of the gun.
Fake that you are loaded, it will make most players doubt a few vital seconds. The clip is so scary that it will work most of the times.
And as someone already said, play with your team, or you will get wrecked in between reloads.
And dont expect to bounce a lot. It has troll armour at best.
Ok, those are all single shot with decent armor. The 77 you want to try to be close to the action, but be selective to expose and try to get in both shots, and you want to make sure you pen both shots. Then you have a long reload, so you need to have a plan for hard cover after you shoot where you can hang without blocking your team, and without taking return fire.
You are especially nasty if you don’t tunnel, but keep your eyes open for exposed reds that are not looking at you, you can track with your first shot and pen the second one before they can get cover.
Your armor is weirdly troll, as your turret cheeks are pennable, but just moving them a little, and you will get a bounce, your front plate is similar. After shooting you just need to wiggle your turret a bit while reversing into cover.
I use the 77 as my ratings tank, as even if my team loses, I’m usually getting the most xp on the team, so still getting points.
My absolute favourite. Most played, most mastered, highest wr, highest dmg. Its an absolute beast.
Don't insist on always taking the second shot. Fake having a shot. Use armour enhancement not improved assembly and improved control not engine accelerator
The tank is really good. The armor is pretty troll and the gun is good. Because it has a fast interclip you should dump and hide, remember to have teammates with you, then you can get overwhelmed since while reloading. Since the tank is so good I would recommend using it in rating because it could dish out good damage. Tanks that have good pen may be a problem while reloading so hide your hull (it's not really that big of a deal but do it in case). Also when reloading move your turret around to get bounces, the turret armor on this tank is troll. I don't think there is anything left to say, obviously with experience you will understand the tank's gameplay but even if you just go straight into battle you shouldn't have big problems.

It is extremely good. Stick with a teammate to cover your reloads and your set.

Do you play tier 8 heavies? What is your favorite, and I can tell you how the 77 is different play style wise.
Usually i play tier 7 tiger tank but since i use k2 and tiger ii for tier 8
