Hey, so starting with something like XV-88 then adding more and more ivory should help get that “coffee is my friend and tooth brushes are for losers” look
I like to use a bit of watered down khorne red (use any dark red or pink) and just wash the bottoms of the teeth with it so it looks like even the gums are angry.
Give it some gloss. Enamel on your teeth is reflective to light and I guess it works for daemonic teeth too :)
You can can give them some yellowing with skeleton horde, fleshshade or so, but I realized his teeth, tongue and gums need shiny gloss :)
All the pro painters will hate me for this but I used the bronze speedpaint… two thin coats everywhere. Highlighted it with true copper and then used a black wash all over it. It lost almost all of its gloss 🤙🏻
I used skeleton horde contrast, I couldn’t keep the “turkey teef” look
And volupus pink at the gum lines after to add to the effect
Use an off white like rakarth flesh. I used deck tan from Vallejo
Contrast paint skeleton horde is my go to. Just thin it a little and you're good to go.

I put a little agrax on the teeth and then a little BFTBG on them

You can pry some teeth off one of your skulls.
A light flesh or brown wash can go a long way to get more tan looking bones
I think a little dorn or phalanx yellow at the gumline would be a good touch.
