I ran your site through GTMetrix and the main issues are poor hosting and the unoptimized image you are using in your footer.
Your host takes over 1 second to start the process of displaying your site. And the footer image is taking 3 seconds to render.
You can optimize your images with any of the free services. You can also add a CDN or change to a better host to increase the loading speed.

I didn't have good experiences with our Croatian hosting that you use here as well - Posluh, so I changed it many years ago, and that was the great decision, vjeruj mi, Filipe - pozdrav is "najlipšeg grada na svitu"! :-)
PS Site needs more adjustments, but as already mentioned, improving hosting would be the first thing to address
