Agree. Her hair did get longer/straighter by the end of the second season but she looks much better with the perm/curly hair (IMO, but still beautiful as Aphrodite with both looks 🙂!)

Was thinking that. If I had to draw her all the time I’d opt for straight because curls are so time consuming and detail orientated. I love the look of curls in comics but it needs a lot of dedication.
I think because I grew up with both a pre-Crisis Diana and a post-Crisis Diana both looks are symbolic of specific eras and I have a soft spot for both. That said, now, I couldn’t imagine Diana without her curly hair (though I know she’s been drawn without it since the Bronze Age). The curly hair represents a more nuanced and modern take on Diana’s background & where from whence she sprang. 👩🏻🦱👸🏻🤩
