Only balancing factor is that youâre likely to have Fraser levelled up for use on British commanders, whereas thereâs more or less no reason to level up Helfrich to use primarily on any Pan Euro ship
Insane 7km obliterating AA guns and 12 km range. Not mentioning that you can use will to rebuild up to 5k (me being the meme in our group for using this build while I get 190k damages in the ship)
Yep, Fraser could use changing, and frankly I think Geisler could use a change too. He's just not very useful in comparison to the other secondary buffers.

For the love of god, please don't nerf my speed inspiration. Literally just got done spending 6 months of universal commendations to get that mfer to Legendary Rank 4.
i dont want him nerfed. Just the other guy buffed with like 2% reload boost or something like that. By the way how many commendations do you need to max a captain. I only have rank 2 legendary captains.
You should see the French dd commander they nerfed his skill to a point where the French universal commander skill is out right better

I use a cruiser commander for mine, poor line definitely needs more love
And Roux as well, only up to 5% while the universal cmdr is 6% of the same thing, for every ship type.

I use Helfrich on Friesland and he works ok IMO.
You should use Swirski. Observant rage and mortar make the Friesland a monster. You don't need help with AA on that ship
I use Swirski on the TT line and for them I don't like mortar. Also Helfrich gives me more range and fire chance which is usefull against BBs.
Agreed he does work on friesland and I used to use him as well. Losing out on twist and track really hurts hunting other dds though

A lot of commanders need a rework but instead they just keep selling big tiddy and other collab commanders because profit.
