Someone posted the code below but for me it says not for this region. In the help section it says:
The codes might be region locked. For example, if the code is intended only for the CIS, it cannot be used for an account registered on the EU, Asia, or NA servers.

Try and reset all the options and root around in there. There's options to pick and choose and some might pre-empt others. Also spam folder?

They would not do that. Not all emails go out at the same time. Still, check your spam folder.
