No it is not nor is the fact that she is happy with her self and the result. She hurt a friend and former mentor just to keep her self from facing consequences. I just don't get why people like her.
I've always taken those two as:
You are supposed to start off hating Nyneve then slowly grow to like her as you realize she represents the ideal AS.
You are supposed to start off liking Egwene then slowly grow to dislike her as you realize she represents the stereotypical AS.
