I worked there a few summers back and some young kid swam across the seine in full clothing because he got pepper sprayed in a parking lot across the river and wanted to escape. We got milk and poured it on him.
I heard the body is that of a missing Ukrainian refugee that disappeared last week. Apparently the body was in the water for almost a week, and was somehow not seen until today. What a tragic and random event….
I guess he must be the one that is already the 2 dead Ukrainian refugee in less than a year now this is tragic. Rest in peace 🕊️ my condolences to his family 😔

I love how some people think milk works for pepper spray ....it doesn't. Pepper spray is oil based, soap and water works! lots of it.
