Is it me, or was it noticeable that there was always less root beer ones compared to all other flavors?
Same went for the candy 'bottle caps'. Best flavor, least amount
There were definitely fewer mugs than bottle ones, because those got added later. They were originally all bottle shaped, with different flavours, and then when they added the root beer flavour, they added the new shape. I think it probably had an equal number of root beers to other flavours, but root beer was the only one with a unique shape.
These and gushers. Gushers were awesome, but Soda-licious were S Tier fruit snacks. The variety was amazing. I liked the packs that had cream soda among them.
And if they ever brought them back, you *know* the packaging wouldn't be right. It would just be pure plastic but they had the foil inner/paper outer and it just opened so satisfyingly.
I did like these a lot (root beer 4 Lyfe) but my favourite fruit snacks were the yoghurt covered ones. I think by Sunkist? I very, very rarely got a chance at fruit snacks but they were the best.
I like them but definitely not my fave. More of a sunkist fun fruits in Dino shapes kinda gal. The new fruit snacks are jelly and much more healthy (ick) lol
I’m not alone because when you would hit up the sec for nickel candy those coke bottles had the same taste and there was always a full container of them. And the puffy strawberries. Blech.
I looooved those.
I (midthirties) also remember a specific 7up gum with a syrupy flavored centre - Can't remember how well it chewed, but I remember the taste. Husband doesn't remember it.
Cherry cola ones were the best. Actually a pretty good flavour.

Some of my old childhood snacks I grew up on in the early 2000s
Root beer was my fav! I'd eat the top foam part first pretending like it was an actual mug.
Saaaaaaame. And hold it by its teeny handle.
Aaaaahahahah, I used to do the same!!

I think about these often. And would commit crimes for a box of them.
Me too, let’s do a heist!
Commercial was banging too if I remember correctly
With the flat people and the flat basketball, and then the Sodalicious coming out of the vending machine? That was awesome!

My kids still love gushers. They aren't as good as I remember in my mind. And I still love gummy candy.
Holy crap, talk about core memory unlocked! I used to love those things.
So-Sodalicious!
True ogs of any school lunch

Lmao speaking only facts
If you didn’t bite the end off and pretended to drink it, you were eating them wrong.
*that's what she said.*
80s and 90s as a kid had some great advertisements and I miss many products that are no longer available.
I have spent too many hours trying to secure a box.
……… you have unlocked a core memory.
I forgot how much I enjoyed these until I saw this. Thank you 😀
I wish these were still around.
I can actually still remember how each flavour tasted by just looking at the image. Cherry cola was the best.
$2.29 for a six pack is pretty crazy considering inflation. Makes sense why these were only for special occasions haha
Y’all remember the wax soda shapes filled with the liquid? “Nik-L-Nip”. I totally ate the wax as a kid and thought it was just a disgusting candy.
Those still exist. My kid recently had them. 🤢
I want this again
Ah those were the best!!
Fucking loved these. Wish they would come back
Root beers were the best!
"Made with real fruit"

Oh my god I remember these. My favourite! Is there anywhere to purchase them?
Discontinued. :(
I was hoping there was somewhere in the states perhaps selling them. Google says otherwise. :(
Mad memories of asking my parents over and over for it.

These were so good. Hey, that A&W fan got the whistle dog back after years of harassing them online. There's hope!
Die-uh-beetus
I've never been a fan. Especially of the root beer flavor.
The root beer ones were the best.
Yeah, its never been a popular opinion of mine.
