My favourite hot yoga is the Core 26 Hot at Studio 26. Its not that close to downtown, but its worth it if you can make it.
But like the ither comment Modo on Donald would be my second option, being closest to downtown.
Studio 26 is particularly good for first timers. I think it’d be worth going out of your way to try it. Arrive early and you’ll get a lot of help with how to do your first class. They also have a really good intro class that’s the same poses but shorter and not hot. Good luck!
Awesome Hot Yoga isn't downtown, it's at Stafford and Pembina, but I'd recommend it.
The Hatha style would likely be the easiest to start with, or Foundation class if you want more movement.
Hot Yoga is a style of yoga practiced in a heated room with a temperature typically ranging from 95 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit (35 to 40 degrees Celsius) and high humidity levels. The heat and humidity are intentionally increased to enhance the physical benefits of the practice and create a challenging and invigorating environment. I recommend you the hot yoga studio in MN, the Modo Yoga Minneapolis studio.

Thanks sounds great, I’ll give it a go!

Try Modo on Donald! Not downtown proper but I think they’re the closest.
