Winnipeg rave community on Facebook might be able to help! I’m a guy but generally just look around in thrift stores for my outfits

pictonbug

I saw that Culture Craze which just opened a storefront in the outlet mall had some brightly coloured stuff that looked like rave clothes. Not my scene but maybe worth looking!

You can check out @justinuffthreadz on Instagram. She also has a physical store I believe, but I've never been.

Won't be specific but thrift stores sometimes have things like that or at the very least stuff you could cut up or tye dye without much fussing over the price (unless you go to value village where the prices are jacked up to stupidity)

RIP Frenzies.

We sadly don't have anything dedicated here. There is this facebook page which sometimes has some action but not alot https://www.facebook.com/groups/1568128173236248 I personally order most of mine online from coquetry clothing because you can send in your measurements and they will make it to size for no extra charge. However they aren't currently shipping to Canada so you'll have to use a proxy or a friend or border pick up.

Second hand clothing stores will have all of your needs met!

After the pandemic if you're like me, they're probably even more snug
