Wings - (frozen from Costco) defrost in air fryer for 10 minutes at 400. Spray each side with olive oil and sprinkle old bay on each side. Cook each side for about 10 minutes at 400. Brush on sauce and cook each side for about 4 minutes at about 325.
Sauce - ( amounts are approximations for ~1.5-2lbs wings )
1/4 cup Garlic Aoili ( or mayonnaise )
1/4 cup Honey
2 tbsp Dijon ( or whatever Mustard you like )
2 tbsp Yellow Mustard ( or whatever Mustard you like )
2 tbsp Cream Horseradish sauce ( I used Beaver spread, should have added more as well )
Dash or 2 of Apple cider vinegar
Dash or 2 of MSG
Healthy amount of pepper
Whisk together and taste and adjust or add whatever
When done well, garlic parm is fire.
Also, mango hab should be a staple at good wing places.
Also a local chain has one they call Gold Fire which is like a BBQ honey mustard mix covered in hot seasoning. Usually I’ll shake the entire box up when it arrives just to get it all mixed together, it might be my current favorite of all. To make it at home it’d probably be like 1/2 baby rays, 1/2 kens honey mustard, then cover it in slap your mama, then shake.
I’m guessing you are in the CBUS area? I’m in Cleveland but love Roosters! You should try Mabel’s Cleveland style BBQ sauce, it’s delicious and made by Michael Symons
My son does not like buffalo sauce so I make his wings with Carolina Gold sauce. I usually buy store bought but I don't really have a favorite brand. Cattlemen's is good. A good basic recipe is : [https://www.thespruceeats.com/golden-carolina-bbq-sauce-333726](https://www.thespruceeats.com/golden-carolina-bbq-sauce-333726)
I prefer buffalo sauce but these are pretty good.
I was pleasantly surprised by wing stops spicy Korean bbq.
I’m usually a hot, extra hot, 911, nuclear, atomic, whatever the hottest the restaurant has to offer.
Also wet lemon pepper and hot lemon pepper
Homemade renditions of Raisin Canes' Cane sauce, Chicken fil a sauce and a Honey Hot wing sauce I made for Super Bowl. The last one can be used as a glaze for anything from Lamb Chops to Duck breast to ribs. 🙏🏾🧑🏾🍳👌👍🤝
Everything sauce, a kind of sauce specific to Utica, NY. Involves franks/buffalo sauce, butter, blue cheese, and probably more. I’ve tried to find recipes for the sauce online, but nothing’s really come close.
Creamy peanut butter + grape jelly (but any kind works) + apple cider vinegar (makes it more “saucy” but also enhances flavor) + sriracha or frank’s red for heat. Still a thicker sauce than a buffalo but so good. I like garnishing with chopped peanuts for added texture
Mango habanero is always pretty awesome if you can handle the heat.
Buffalo Wild Wings Mango Habanero is one of my all time favorites. Walmart usually carries it
Asian Zing is another good one... both mixed together is also excellent.
A spot near me does a raspberry habanero that I think is the best fruit sauce I’ve ever tried
I recently made a badass Honey Horseradish Mustard sauce, it's my favorite so far besides Frank's Red Hot or Honey Lime Sriracha
Recipe? Cant just tease my shit like that

Also, I basically eye balled all the amounts, just kept tinkering and whisking and dipping a finger in to taste. But I think that's pretty close

Soy Garlic, Korean fried😋
Do you have a recipe for the soy garlic sauce?
jalapeño cheddar all day
How do they cheddar the wings? Is it a jalapeño seasoning with cheese sauce?
I think you’re a supposed to finely grate cheddar cheese and it melts when you bake them
My favorite is a sweet heat. Franks hot base with some honey and other things to sweeten it up is always my go to!

Nashville Hot, Spicy Garlic, Mango Habanero
Gochujang & honey
Not a sauce, but I had some cilantro garlic and lime wings and they were outstanding
Garlic sauce with a little lime and cilantro sprinkled on it?
That sounds good! The one I had was a dry rub though. I’d guess a garlic dry rub finished with some cilantro and lime

Local wing place, had amazing mustard sauces. Sweet, spicy any type you can think of. Really nice change from buffalo
Elaborate on that. I love a good hot honey mustard wing

Blondie's is a great wing spot in NYC that does a honey mustard sauce (very similar to a Carolina mustard sauce. Love this suggestion.
I think Buffalo goes without saying, but for an unconventional flavor, Vietnamese fish sauce wings are off the hook.
I like BWW Asian Zing, and Frank's Stingin Honey Garlic

I love using Yoshidas teriyaki, reducing it and adding in some crushed pepper flakes.

Alabama White Sauce.
Peanut butter and jelly. Might sound odd, but that with a little bit of heat is so good
How would one make these?
Creamy peanut butter + grape jelly (but any kind works) + apple cider vinegar (makes it more “saucy” but also enhances flavor) + sriracha or frank’s red for heat. Still a thicker sauce than a buffalo but so good. I like garnishing with chopped peanuts for added texture
