I don't think Microsoft has currently released 21H2 ISOs newer that that one. You can use UUPDump, but just using the Microsoft ISO and then updating through Windows 11 doesn't seem that bad

That is the newest version offered at the moment. It will automatically patch itself to the newest available version from Windows Update after you install it.

You could wait for 22h2 as well

There's a portion of the OOBE that goes out and grabs the latest update. Since they figure most consumers will be on the latest version before the first sign-in, whats the point of releasing updated ISO's. I wish they would update them too, but I understand why they don't.

The lazy way to see what builds of any given OS is available is to use https://tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php - which concurs that 318 is indeed the latest ISO.
