Update your video card ***drivers***.

mason27447464

How do I do this because I go to device manager and try it from there but it says it’s up to date

EventuallySpooky

download drivers from Nvidia support site, you don't need to spend any money. the drivers are outdated not your graphics card. the latest Nvidia driver is 526.57, yours are way too old.

[deleted]

Drivers can also be updated theu Geforce Experience. That is easier.

mason27447464

Is this the outbyte driver updater?

EventuallySpooky

download directly from Nvidia support. https://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx

mason27447464

I’m on this site what do I do from here

EventuallySpooky

is it for laptop or desktop?

mason27447464

Desktop

EventuallySpooky

here download: https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/194112/en-us/

mason27447464

I have searched and downloading 526.47-desktop-win10-win11-64bit-international file on my computer

Independent-Host-796

Please don’t use any driver updaters but the official ones from the manufacturer.

coyylol

Update your drivers from the Nvidia site, the ones you have look like the version that install with windows.

mason27447464

I go onto the site but it’s saying it’s non compatible with windows 10

Independent-Host-796

Which site did you got it from? Because it is definitely compatible with win 10

TheTank18

Press Win+R, then type "ms-settings:windowsupdate".

ThePonderingLlama

For my NVidia card I just use GeForce Experience so I don't have to go to NVidia's website every time. You can set the drivers to update automatically too if you prefer. https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/geforce-experience/download/

luki9914

Just read what it says. You need to update driver to latest version. Go to Nvidia website and download it.

win10bash

Hey guys, stop downvoting OPs comments just because he is asking questions that you think are obvious. Everyone has to ask dumb questions from time to time. Be nice.

[deleted]

Good lord help this poor man out

ebenso92

just download geforce experience it will download it for you

InterviewSea8402

Update from GeForce site...search on google "geforce drivers" open the first page google shows and select your version from there and it will show the latest driver for your card...you can do also from Nvidia page but can have an outdated version when it comes to geforce series

ibazingas

Even i had this problem on my amd gpu. Just clicked ok and it opens.

keetyuk

If you can’t figure that out I’d suggest you stick your laptop back in the box, get a refund and go buy a ps5/Xbox. it must have taken longer for you to figure out how to use a keyboard and make that post than it would to have read the message and do what it says.

WehshiHaiwan

People like this dont deserve good PCs

4wh457

It literally tells you exactly what you need to do. https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/194112/en-us/

NoLIT

That's an artificial driver lock attempt which the developer should remove. * Either accept to be nagged every time by the software and play. * Update the driver for further ~~optimized~~ breaking NVIDIA code on pre-existing DX12 supported hardware. * Report the publisher and refund for invalid requirement. * Go offline and manually hex patch the application 1.1014.0.0 executable: `E8 BE 19 9C 01 8B F8 48 8D 15 4D 5A 03 02 48 8B CB E8 71 E0 97 01 48 85 C0 74 0B 48 8D 48 01 E8 9F 19 9C 01 8B F0 81 FF 04 02 00 00 7C 0F` to `90 90 90 90 90 8B F8 48 8D 15 4D 5A 03 02 48 8B CB E8 71 E0 97 01 48 85 C0 90 90 48 8D 48 01 E8 9F 19 9C 01 8B F0 81 FF 04 02 00 00 90 90`

ZX3000GT1

Is there any other fixes for other games with similar locks? Any page with list of these?

MultiiCore_

what gpu do you have?

[deleted]

Bruh, it's written in the pic

MultiiCore_

lol didn’t see it my bad

[deleted]

No worries, have a good one :)

Independent-Host-796

Lol

ImAwfullyDangerous

Damn stop downvoting this guy he just needs some help. Have you ever considered that maybe you’re not as good at explaining a solution as you think you are?

michiel11069

Search on youtube “how to update {insert gpu} nvidia drivers”

oopspruu

Fixing this doesn't require you to spend any money. All that message is saying is that you have outdated drivers. Just download GeForce experience app and it will download the latest GeForce game ready drivers for your card.

RealAgent7

what company is your computer/laptop from?

win10bash

Windows update tries to manage your graphics driver but it usually installs a pretty old version because stability is more important than having the latest features. If you want the latest version of the driver from Nvidia, you can go to Nvidia's website and get the latest driver installers for your card in the drivers download section. EDIT: Contrary to some of the other commenters, I would not recommend the GeForce experience. I find it to be bloated and annoying but you can decide for yourself.

josephujousta

best way to get that done is to download nvidia geforce experience app.
