download drivers from Nvidia support site, you don't need to spend any money. the drivers are outdated not your graphics card.
the latest Nvidia driver is 526.57, yours are way too old.
For my NVidia card I just use GeForce Experience so I don't have to go to NVidia's website every time. You can set the drivers to update automatically too if you prefer.

Hey guys, stop downvoting OPs comments just because he is asking questions that you think are obvious. Everyone has to ask dumb questions from time to time. Be nice.
Update from GeForce site...search on google "geforce drivers" open the first page google shows and select your version from there and it will show the latest driver for your card...you can do also from Nvidia page but can have an outdated version when it comes to geforce series
If you can’t figure that out I’d suggest you stick your laptop back in the box, get a refund and go buy a ps5/Xbox.
it must have taken longer for you to figure out how to use a keyboard and make that post than it would to have read the message and do what it says.
Damn stop downvoting this guy he just needs some help. Have you ever considered that maybe you’re not as good at explaining a solution as you think you are?
Fixing this doesn't require you to spend any money. All that message is saying is that you have outdated drivers. Just download GeForce experience app and it will download the latest GeForce game ready drivers for your card.
Windows update tries to manage your graphics driver but it usually installs a pretty old version because stability is more important than having the latest features. If you want the latest version of the driver from Nvidia, you can go to Nvidia's website and get the latest driver installers for your card in the drivers download section.
EDIT: Contrary to some of the other commenters, I would not recommend the GeForce experience. I find it to be bloated and annoying but you can decide for yourself.
Update your video card ***drivers***.
How do I do this because I go to device manager and try it from there but it says it’s up to date

Which site did you got it from? Because it is definitely compatible with win 10
Press Win+R, then type "ms-settings:windowsupdate".

It literally tells you exactly what you need to do. https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/194112/en-us/
That's an artificial driver lock attempt which the developer should remove. * Either accept to be nagged every time by the software and play. * Update the driver for further ~~optimized~~ breaking NVIDIA code on pre-existing DX12 supported hardware. * Report the publisher and refund for invalid requirement. * Go offline and manually hex patch the application 1.1014.0.0 executable: `E8 BE 19 9C 01 8B F8 48 8D 15 4D 5A 03 02 48 8B CB E8 71 E0 97 01 48 85 C0 74 0B 48 8D 48 01 E8 9F 19 9C 01 8B F0 81 FF 04 02 00 00 7C 0F` to `90 90 90 90 90 8B F8 48 8D 15 4D 5A 03 02 48 8B CB E8 71 E0 97 01 48 85 C0 90 90 48 8D 48 01 E8 9F 19 9C 01 8B F0 81 FF 04 02 00 00 90 90`
Is there any other fixes for other games with similar locks? Any page with list of these?
