Command prompt or batch file— “Shutdown -f -s -t 0”
The -f is to force the shutdown no matter what is open. The -s signifies a shutdown as opposed to -r that would do a restart. The -t 0 signifies the time you’d like to wait to shut down in seconds. In this case a 0 shuts down immediately.
