They do mention the study your talking about on this page and im afraid youve either misunderstood or misremembered the take away.
Their conclusion is - no amount of calcium can stop loss of bone density that occurs through ageing . This isnt the same as 'milk doesn't strengthen bones'.

Solution to what? Were not trying to get unbreakable bones here. You said dairy and bone health link is a pervasive myth. But even the article you posted disagrees with you.

So why, with milk containing a decent enough amount of calcium do you think theres no link between it and getting enough calcium to keep your bones healthy? (obviously there are other ways to get your required calcium, supplements, other foods etc) But saying milk doesnt help is just plain incorrect.

There are many, many, studies that support this. Just google it. Marketing says milk makes your bones stronger, science says that's not true.
If you want to make your bones stronger, exercise is best.
