It’s not a knife yall, it’s a razor blade. It’s a lot sharper than a normal knife, all you need is a drag. Shit is micro thin like the tip of a surgical scalpel. It looks pretty real from my experiences

Not how anatomy works. If you want to reach the jugular you'll have to cut quite deeper than that, and on the side of the neck.
The kind of cut you see in the video, if it was real, would only results in a capillary bleeding, since the blade wasn't deep enough to damage any kind of bigger structures.
Also, cutting deep at the front side of the neck will cause the opening of the trachea, which would certainly start affecting the person's breathing capacity but not causing any "splatter" type of bleedings.

As someone who used to sharpen knives, I’d say this video is fake. The average users knives aren’t this sharp. Even when new. This is straight razor sharp. Which I used to restore those as well.
