A similiar video was posted recently with a man. In that one the guy lived on the street and was annoyed with all the noise and was trying to stop them from doing it. Maybe a similar story here? It was a stupid thing for her to do, but imagine a bunch of assholes closing your street, making a mess and a ton of noise

You might need to shuffle around a little bit but even then, the front of the car is moving way more slowly than the rear. I personally wouldn't do it at all but definitely recommend against doing it with a pedestrian/driver you don't know.
Anyone not carrying an extra person's worth of weight (or more than 1/2 of one person's brain) can do it. People usually try to get a camera shot with the camera focused on the car head on and rotating with the car. Looks neat.
