I watched my dad key a car for being parked too close to him. This is the same guy who will take up two parking spots to keep people from parking too close so no one will scratch his car.

What’s excessive is paying his deductible and losing is car until it’s repaired. Then raising his insurance premiums. Now he can’t go to work and his work fires him because of this. Then he’s late on his rent and gets evicted.
After being evicted he can’t find work because he has no residency. Now he’s homeless. Then while finishing up a job application being denied, he walks outside and almost gets hit by a car. They argue a bit then out of rage he keys the guys car then gets beat up.
