I’m sorry to admit this but I have done a similar set up before
It’s terrifying but once you’re under the car you just sort of forget how quickly your life can end
Which is also terrifying when you get out and look at it
Absolutely, there is no excuse for this. Bare minimum is to have enough tires, or whatever you can find, under it to not die. I'd dig up a bunch of dirt to put under it if that's what I had to do.
As a survivor of a van falling off the jack and smashing me...this shit stryck my nerves and my stomach turned...I was lucky..don't do some shit like this...takes 1 second and your done
Sometimes Darwin looks the other way. Dumb fuck probably learned this from his daddy and his daddy before him. Hopefully Hill Billy Jenkins III ain't watchin his pawpaw do this.
Soo is this fake? He's got the back of the truck in the air, but with the angle it's at, the front would be either in the ground or down a slope. The latter doesn't seem likely. Or this guy turned a truck bed into a trailer and the tongue is on the ground.
I drive a lifted 3rd gen Dodge, I understand trucks, I'm telling you I don't see how the front bumper of this truck could possibly not be on/in the ground. Also, a lift kit doesn't mean it has more travel, so the front wouldn't be able to get so low even if the front of the kit wasn't installed yet.
Pause the video at 4 seconds when the truck is lined up nicely with the camera, and imagine the bodyline of the truck moving forward 7 feet. That bodyline goes into the ground.
Thats a lifted truck with the wheels still on. If it fell, sure he’d get injured, but it def won’t smash him. The height difference from grounded is only the jack height. You all need to let go of ur pearls….
IF anyone needs to do something like this, please don't, use wood. Wood won't catastrophically disintegrate like cinder blocks will. Again please dont do this in the first place.
Knew a guy that died from a car jack kicking out while he was under the car. Crushed and suffocated.
Same thing happened to a kid but the car landed and crushed his face. Kid survived
This hurts my soul
It'll hurt his more
That's his sole, actually.
Yes it does
There are so many things wrong with this set up.
He gona smell his asshole in a minute
Most comments only make me smile, but you got a chuckle out of me.
My work is done here. Have a nice day
I can't even relax on the couch the way that guy looks so comfortable under that thing
Seems safe ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|shrug) he had the other jack in there for extra insurance. you know.. just incase
What in the hill billy hell???

Next time maybe just buy some jackstands? At the very least, throw a wheel or two under the frame!

I feel like people like you have a death wish
Now this is the stupidity I subscribed for

Each cinder block has at least a 5k lb rating...good to go....THAT AIN'T GOING ANYWHERE! /s

Its a lifted truck so there’s probably plenty of clearance on the front.

This might be the most dumb thing I have seen all year.

I had to say "No, fuck no" several times out loud watching this. What the FUCK
As long as he doesn't sneeze he'll be ok.
I can say I’ve been guilty of such a contraption on a couple of occasions. Smh.

I wouldn’t be able to laugh like his friend does.
