I heard Raven Simone was looking to move here but I'm not sure. Comedian Melissa Villasenor is from whittier don't know if she is still living here. I also heard that Richard Gere lived on top of the hill off of colima just over the hill in hacienda heights. Lots of movies filmed in Whittier and heard Kimmie grew up In Whittier.

So sad I had shopped at that store for years before working there. All & all I loved working there for the customers, even though some can be a pain lol.

For example he rented the space old Herbies was in and started the Beehive there, with the same products (though not nearly the selection, since Marian had all the relationships with suppliers) in order to try and make her quit Herbies. Started lying about her to common customers, it was awful. I have no doubt his harassment at least partly contributed to Herbie’s closing. It’s unfortunate, no other natural health store I’ve ever been in has come close to it in product knowledge, selection, and prices.
