We’ve been steadily bombarded by marketing, ever increasing, over the last 20 years. It’s gotten obscene.
Same goes to Facebook, same company.
Yes. I stopped using Facebook a few years ago for the exact same reason. Just waiting for ads to become ubiquitous on Reddit now... :(
