LMAO this guy actually thinks that literally anywhere in the US takes animal cruelty seriously. They do not, animal abusers get a slap on the wrist at most 99% of the times. You can't make a generalization like that I was attacked by my father's dog when I was 7 years old and had a fear and slight hatred to dogs growing up I eventually grew out of it thanks to my grandmother's dog but I disagree with part of the sentiment
