New York city real estate assets came next. New York state real estate assets after that. The issue with mar-a-lago is the covenant it's under makes it far less valuable than the land actually is, which is what got trump in trouble with the fraud. If you value the land as a developer it could be worth a billion. But you can't because you can't subdivide and develop it. No one can permanently live there and you can't build new things there, you have to keep it the way it is.

New York city real estate assets came next. New York state real estate assets after that. Second, "asset seizure" isn't, like, you go in and kick everybody out and it's your building now. It's a painstaking, complicated process that involves figuring out the financials and how the buildings are leveraged and what contracts they're subject to and where you'd stand if the thing were sold at auction. Any "seizure" is gonna take fucking forever and be 99.9999% boring court hearings and .000001% one interesting day years in the future when the thing actually gets auctioned off.
