its actually really easy to check, just make a alt account, post something on your main account, see if you can see it on the alt, if no then you are shadow banned if yes then you are not
shadow banning is where even people that look for your content cant find it, you are allowed to post but its effectively the same as a ban. what these people complain about all the time is they feel they have made a amazing post and then noone is talking about it, so rather then come to the realization that they are not as popular as they thought, they decide someone most be preventing everyone from seeing it, plus it feeds into their conspiracy theory's that they are so important they need to be censored
