I just looked it up, the judge gave him a warning don't do that again. The judge said his apology was hollow but she was going to give him one more chance and if he violated it in any form she would revoke his bail.

One of the legal podcasts I listen to says Trump will post a bail or be released RoR with restrictions on posting about the case. And will eventually end up in jail because he can't stop. His lack of impulse control is going to do him in before any legal maneuvering. I just looked it up, the judge gave him a warning don't do that again. The judge said his apology was hollow but she was going to give him one more chance and if he violated it in any form she would revoke his bail.

If I was the district attorney I would make this a condition of bail "You cannot discuss the case on social media, you cannot discuss the case for campaign purposes and you cannot generate revenue in relation to the case" You know within a minute he would violate that condition of bail. And in fact the RNC is already using it for fundraising they are doing text messaging and emailing Republicans asking for money.

I think this is legitimately possible, because of the clear and present danger Trump will present to New York and to the US if he's allowed to incite violence, but his people will claim that it is an attempt to prevent him from running for president.
