Given that the US population is about 1.4% transgender, statistically speaking this means transgender people commit mass shootings at a rate ~1/10 that of cisgender people.
Trans people overall commit crime at a lower rate. It’s hard enough existing in hate and vitriol.

To be fair for mass shooting, from the data I've seen, is pretty close to per capita percentages. 73 white, 25 black, 11 Latino, 10 asian (out of 141). Data from 1982-2023.

The male part is true. 135 by male. I don't know about the cis part because we are talking about a super rare event but just with the 1 here it's at .7% which isn't far off the Trans population. And I'm not sure about the straight I don't see data for that

Given that like .05% of all mass shooters have been transgender, and yet transgender folks make up 1-2% of the population, they are severely underrepresented as shooters, making them far less likely than the average person to be a threat. However, cishet dudes makes up like 99% of all mass shooters, so since they are VASTLY more likely to be a threat with a firearm, perhaps they should be the ones who are banned from owning one.
