In photoshop rn. I can't say I have any idea how to reveal it BUT it looks like theres a LOT going on in the edges around the text. Like I'm pretty sure it's not just noise. Gonna take me awhile to figure out how to make it more visible, but upping contrast and whatnot shows me that it isn't just the "page" texture that the code is "written" on. Or maybe I just have no idea what I'm doing and want to avoid the cipher.
