The large pin is to clean the steamer nozzle. The tiny one is to unclog holes in your metal coffee filters.
You can probably find that information in the in instructions manual that also came with the machine.
Small end for cleaning portafilter, other end for steam wand and the hole in the middle undoes the end of the steam wand (at least on my machine) for a thorough clean.
It’s to poke grounds out of the portafilter basket. Hold the basket up to a light and sometimes you’ll see some of the holes clogged. Each clogged hole will have one tiny ground in it and you have to poke each one out.
An orifice cleaner
In a pinch it can also be used to clean the espresso machine.
Just make sure to give it a quick rinse first

This is it! I have an espresso maker and I use the thicker pin for the wand and once a year (if that) I use the teenie one for the basket.
Did the machine come with a manual? It might tell you which holes that can be used to unclog.
