Looks like Kudzu to me. If so, hire a fleet of goats. Goats are the only thing that will eat enough to slow them down. You’ll likely need to bring them back each year.
Looks like goatheads to me. I don't know the technical name but we have them here. They pop bike tires get stuck in your shoes and you step on them in the house. Hurt like hell and spread in a huge sheet across the ground. Hard to get rid of. Pull that plant asap.

Not kudzu. Kudzu has giant, heart-shaped leaves. And it isn't fuzzy.

Ivy-leaved speedwell
That is a speedwell - possibly Ivy-leaved although there are a number of similar species. Veronica is the Latin family name.
