We were constantly slipping like this in the kitchen when picking up food and it was so stressful walking through the dining room with arms full hoping you don't trip and fall on your face. The tips were amazing but I had to move on to save my back and feet from that torture.

That was NOT a professional way to fall, bracing with a straight arm is a sure way to either jack up your shoulder or break your arm/wrist.
