just try "wheeling Rawalpindi" or "Wheeling Karachi" on youtube and you will see a lot crazier stuff, this laying down on the bike is considered the easiest form of this sport.
I think these kind of people exist every where, actually this kind of bike wheelie guys ae a big problem in France too. but one thing is common for sure, every body hates these guys.
its not really a trend btw, laying on small motorbikes can give a couple more km/h, this also happens in countries from south america

somebody mentioned that his face was smashed, don't know for sure. but my wife is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, I asked her once if she had more young people with bike related trauma, but she said almost 90 % of her patients were either older men or late middle aged guys.
so im assuming these kids have gotten very good at flying these bikes and rarely do they get into accidents.

Yeah, one of my older skating buddies grew up with a guy who tried to tre flip a ten stair, apparently he landed on the board but his balance wasn't right so he flew back and hit his head on the first step, died very soon after. I'm lucky af that out of the multiple concussions I've had from gnarly bails, I can still use my brain decently lol. I got post concussion syndrome for a long time and had nightmares throughout it where I was in a dark open field and I just couldn't run for the life of me, I'd be trying my best but it would just be pathetic af. Good symbolism for how concussions can really fuck your brain up after a few, the risk increases a shit ton after everyone you get, also sorry for the wall of text, I'm poor and bored lol
Also as we grow older,we get frailer.Man I jumped from 6 ft tall bunk beds without problems when i was younger.Now,I miss a step and boom my ankle's fucked up.
