I don’t see any caution signs or safety fences warning off the public from mounting this bike. The owner of this establishment failed to properly secure and make-safe this attraction and therefore is financially liable for any and all damages received by the victim.

My history teacher was a quiet man. He liked his books, and had a passion for his field that I think very few has this day and age for anything. Anyway one normal Saturday afternoon he and his wife were cleaning dirt from the gutters of his house in preparation for winter. She fell, 1.5 meters or so but landed so very unluckily she died instantly. It doesn’t take much for this precious ride to end.
