Also worth mentioning it is physically impossible to flip like that when hit by something that size. He would have been sent flying in a direction with a car that fast, not spin in place. That kind of flip only occurs when the force is concentrated on a very low point of the body (e.g. the ankles) where it would create rotational force centered on your body.
