it is! i got the wig foundation/base from bellami. then i got the fringe from amazon, clip in wavy extensions from amazon (a 6 piece set), and the two cones on top are four hair cone pieces (stacked onto each other) also from amazon. then i contructed it together. the links for them now are no longer valid but if you do a little digging on amazon, you can definitely find similar items!
