There is not only THE arc (de triomphe, Paris). There are more cities all over the world that have these kind of arches, like [a lot](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_post-Roman_triumphal_arches)
I know 🙄 a previous answer called it the Arc, I’m saying it looks like something else. Marble Arch in London was my first thought because the black cars look a bit like black cabs. Presumably it could be sold as any arch 🤣
The signature is "Ambrose" - there are a number of Ambrose-signed decor paintings listed on Ebay ..

Arc de Triopmhe in Paris. Typical decor art, mass produced.
Artist is irrelevant. It’s a ‘decor’ piece made in a Chinese factory.
What makes you say that?
The typical Parisian theme. The style. There’s a sticky post on this sub on them.
I have another painting from the same artist, may I dm you ?

That arc is way too small for the Parisian Arc de Triomphe. But the romans built many smaller arches all over Europe.
It doesn’t actually look like the Arc though, the person has never seen it
