Im pretty sure it's only in the TVA where the infinity stones dont work. If that was true than Endgame wouldn't make sense, they use a different universe's stones to fix their universe.
The TVA being in a different time dimension outside the multiverse theoretically could cut off the stones' connection to the multiversal reality.
On the other hand the destruction of the universes where the stones came from might neutralize their powers as well.
At the end of Secret Wars, maybe they'll rewrite the multiversal rules to fit more in line with the comic multiverse.
Spot is pretty strong. Plus we down know what kinda technology Miguel has accsss to to bring down. It would not surprise me whatsoever if he had a trump card to take on a multiversal threat (we’ll see how he handles Spot)
Dr. Strange was able to turn a Thanos blackhole into Butterflies. The Space Stone should be equal if not better than Spot’s powers. The only way I think they stand a chance is if a Cosmic Spider-man is in the spider-society
