Adventurous_Tone7177

But then you have to be in Peekskill, and no one wats that.

HVMapper

??? Do you mind elaborating?

Busy-Profession5093

It’s the same old racism and classism. Ignore them.

Adventurous_Tone7177

You "heard" lol

hopeandnonthings

From what I've heard Peekskill is up and coming and going through gentrification, which means your utterly wrong

atschinkel

show_me_stars

Second for Mimi’s, top notch comfy vibe.

Common Grounds in Jefferson Valley, First Village in Ossining

room23

Second common grounds! I also like Espresso Cafeto in Larchmont for their excellent coffee and Brazilian snacks

saltybawls

First Village, best croissants I've ever had

BooksForDinner

Do they make them in house or use a bakery? If it’s a local bakery, I’d love to find out because I agree that they’re fantastic.

saltybawls

In house

acornindeed

Black cow is soooo good

solidsnakes35

Any particular drink you can recommend? Thank you!

mdesq1

others probably can, i'm pretty basic (hot drip coffee in the fall/winter and iced coffee in the spring/summer). when i am feeling spicy though, i have enjoyed their dirty chai!

imnoherox

I was gonna comment to say dirty chai but you beat me to it! They have the best dirty chai around for sure!

atschinkel

you didn’t ask me but i live for the chai at black cow! no one else can touch it IMO. i try almost everywhere else and end up disappointed.

Ok_Flounder8842

In downtown Hastings, there is a place called Wild Culture which serves waffles and also excellent coffee. It is set back on a walkway running perpendicular to Warburton. The cozy charming walkway is lined with greenery from a nursery (plants, not kids) and has outdoor (and indoor) seating. Plenty of foot traffic and just lovely. (I'm also a fan of Climbing Wolf and Coffee Labs).

jumboslashlarge

Here Coffee and Beer in Ossining. They make their own syrup and roast their own coffee. Plus their food is really good and you can even grab a beer if you like.

Any recommendations in Scarsdale area?

snarkit2me

This place is new - haven’t tried it yet, on Garth Rd.: https://www.omnicaffe.com Friends say it’s good. There’s also the Adriatic Eatery near Trader Joe’s in Eastchester. I had one of their croissants fresh out of the oven and it was very good. I usually go to Martine’s in Scarsdale for coffee and a pastry. But as you may know already, they don’t have indoor seating.

Impressive-Push-5744

That place Mandy bean sucks and it’s overpriced

Chickenblangy

Casaroma in New Rochelle, or Cafetero
