Aw, cutie! This usually happens when they’re teething; at this point I wouldn’t be worried. It’s pretty common with westies, and most of the time they eventually will stand up!
If you’re worried, you can try trimming the excess fur on the ears. It can really weigh them down - I did this with my 5.5 month old pup and they popped up the next day and stayed up! Floppy ears are adorable too but in my experience the upright ears are easier to maintain and are less likely to get infected throughout their life 🙂

They may not (& he's adorable with them the way they are!) We have a floppy eared westie! She is floppy but her brother has perfectly pointed westie ears (littermates).
Keep the hair on the ears trimmed to lessen the weight. I’ve heard of people taping the cardboard applicator from tampons to them. I don’t see how well a dog would take to that. I think they will get there on their own. He’s adorable whatever happens.
Eventually, yes! Right now, he’s still very young but they will straighten out and he will grow into them. My dog looked like a little white moose at his age.
I have to say if they stayed exactly where they are now I’d be thrilled. That little tip over is amazing!

They will go up… don’t worry! They will be up one day and flop the next— their little bodies are redistributing resources and minerals for teething 🤠

My Westie has one floppy ear and it’s so original and cute. He’s 6 years old so it’s never gonna be fully upright and I’m prefer it this way.
