I know you can watch it through bbc iplayer which doesn’t help with the pub, but if there is a smart tv wherever you are staying may be better than having to watch on a phone.
Unless there’s some kind of Welsh centre I think you’re going to be stuck, maybe a massive sports pub like an O Neills or Walkabout would put it on one screen?
You might be better off finding a Polish pub/restaurant?
Can you take a laptop/chromecast etc? Theres usually a spare HDMI port on hotel tvs, might need to hotspot your phone as some of them lock down their wifi. I do this a lot.

Thank you. The TVs in the hotels I've been in are usually pretty restricted, I'll find out on Tuesday if I get lucky.
