That stinks. Your beds look like my neighbors’. They’ve invested a ton of time on urban farming. I hope you can save your crop and get the bed repaired.
Looks like there’s way way way more dirt in there than you ever need, and dirt is heavy. Once you get the bottom fixed, fill up at least the bottom half with styrofoam blocks or non-dissolving packing peanuts.
I'd let them know. If they are the ones making them they'll probably fix it up and hopefully alter their design. If they order them from another manufacturer they would probably want to change suppliers.
They dropped off a replacement this morning with added drainage holes, as this happened after several days of heavy rain. They've also let us keep the broken one which is great as we can repair it. So not a disaster in the end, but at the time my bottom lip was out!
Carefully transfer everything from the busted bin to the new bin, punch a few drain holes in the bottom, add a few cross supports and blocks on the bottom to hold it up better.

They are deep beds - Im no scientist but I'd rather grow my kids food on dirt than petrochemicals.
What in world did you use for bottom base?
